4 Steps To Whiten your teeth at home in just 3 minutes

How To Fix Your Teeth Naturally

Trips to the dentist can be quite expensive, if you wish a perfect smile. But you can also have sparkling white teeth without spending a small fortune, and without leaving your home. Here are some fast, easy and very cheap solutions for a million-dollar smile!

Baking soda and hydrogen peroxide

This is like steroids for teeth whitening. Hydrogen peroxide is used by dentists for teeth whitening, and baking soda is known for its similar properties, so you can imagine the power of the two combined. Mix 6 teaspoons of baking soda with 2 tablespoons of warm coconut oil, 10 drops of mint oil and one teaspoon of hydrogen peroxide 3% in a bowl until they get creamy. Add baking soda if the mixture is too thin, or coconut oil if it is too thick. Deposit the mixture in a closed, opaque container. Be careful not to swallow the paste, as it contains hydrogen peroxide.

Lemon and water gargle

How To Fix Your Teeth Naturally

Try to rinse your mouth at least two time a week with a mixture of water and lemon juice, in equal proportions. This will give shine to your teeth and clean tooth enamel.

Strawberry and baking soda homemade tooth paste
Strawberries are one of the special ingredients from with you can prepare, at home, a lotion that cleans and whitens your teeth in a natural way. Crush about 4 strawberries, add a teaspoon of baking soda and mix well. You can also add coconut oil, if the paste is too thick. Apply this paste on your teeth with a soft toothbrush and brush your teeth slowly for 5 minutes. Do this at least once a week.

Lemon juice and baking soda
First of all, you shouldn’t do this everyday, because the enamel can be affected, but it is good to know that baking soda whitens your teeth. Mix it with lemon juice, or regular tooth paste, and use it to brush your teeth once a week. You’ll see the results fast enough.

These methods are proved to work, but be careful, because used in excess or on a long term, they can harm tooth enamel.
